普通空运文章通常讲 AWB、计费重、订舱、清关。但真正到包机、大件、重货、超长货、活体、温控、危险品时,问题会变得完全不一样。

客户问“这票货能不能包机走”,专业操作第一反应不是报价,而是先判断:

包机询盘的第一步:建立货物画像

包机询盘最怕一句话:“有 80 吨设备,上海到欧洲,多少钱?” 这个信息远远不够。真正能报价的包机询盘,至少要有一份完整货物画像。

第二步:不是选最有名的飞机,而是选适合的机型

很多客户一听包机就想到 B747。B747F 的鼻门确实适合某些超长货,但不是所有包机都需要 747。B777F、B767F、B757F、A330F、甚至窄体货机,在不同场景下都有价值。

第三步:装载方案决定包机能不能成立

包机报价不是先有价格再想怎么装,而是先有装载方案,再谈价格。

第四步:航权、时刻和机场保障

包机不是货准备好就能飞。还要看航权、起降时刻、机场宵禁、跑道条件、停机位、装卸设备、海关和安检资源。

一个包机项目为什么会临时翻车

假设客户有一批新能源设备,要求 72 小时内从华东飞到欧洲工厂。销售拿到总重量 65 吨,觉得 B747F 或 B777F 都有机会,于是先给客户报了一个大概价格。等客户确认后,操作才发现问题:其中 4 件主设备单件长度接近侧门极限,底座有突出支脚,单件重心偏右;木箱外侧还有防震框架,实际高度比客户最早报的数据高了 18 厘米。目的港机场虽然能接货机,但没有足够吨位的高装机和低板转运车。

货代销售应该怎么问客户

包机销售不要急着问“预算多少”。更好的问法是:

Many customers immediately think of the B747 when they hear “charter flight.”The nose door of the B747F is indeed suitable for certain extra-long cargo items, but not every charter flight requires a 747.
